This Privacy Policy applies to the websites (“https:blablavids.com”), its subdomains, the software or applications (collectively, “Services”) owned and operated by GK DA SILVA (“BlaBlaVids”, “we”, “our” or “us”), CNPJ 34.412.997/0001-09.

BlaBlaVids respects your privacy and is strongly committed to protecting any information we obtain from or about you. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what information we collect, use, and share when you visit our Sites and/or use our Products and Services.

When visiting our Sites, submitting your data to us, and accessing, installing, and/or using the Products and Services, please read this Privacy Policy carefully and ensure that you understand it.

To maximize your privacy, BlaBlaVids only collects the minimum amount of information necessary to provide you with the best user experience.

BlaBlaVids collects and receives the following information through the Services and through your other interactions with BlaBlaVids.

For example, we will collect information about your most visited pages, features used, preferred voices and avatars, preferred voice performances, and similar information related to your use and interaction, as well as the performance and quality of the Services.

4. 4. User Input: When you use our Services, we collect Personal Information included in the input data, including text, voice, scripts, images, videos, and feedback you provide to our Services.

8. ADDITIONAL NOTE: Once videos/images created on BlaBlaVids are published on other third-party platforms, the content will be subject to the restrictions and management of those platforms.

Order Information: When you purchase our products or services, the payment processing is handled by a third-party service provider acting on our behalf; therefore, the purchase will be made directly with the service provider and not with BlaBlaVids. The treatment of your personal information will be governed by the privacy policy or terms of service published by the service provider.

   The service provider may ask for billing information, such as your name, email address, home or work address, telephone or mobile number, payment information including credit card number, expiration date, security code, name of issuing bank, among others. This information is collected for the purposes of processing orders, payments, product delivery, customer service, among others. The third-party service provider may transmit some of your personal information to us, but it will not include payment information. We may use the information we receive to verify your subscription, contact you about order status, and to renew your subscription, if applicable.

   We have agreements with all third-party service providers not to use our users' personal information for their own marketing purposes and not to share such information with other parties.

Third parties may share some of your information with us, such as your name, email address, or other information necessary to make the integration possible. We will remove your email address from our subscriber list upon receipt of such a request.

Aggregated or De-Identified Information.We may aggregate or de-identify Personal Information so that it can no longer be used to identify you and use such information to analyze the effectiveness of our Services, improve and add features to our Services, conduct research, and for other similar purposes. In addition, from time to time, we may analyze the general behavior and characteristics of users of our Services and share aggregated information, such as general user statistics, with third parties, publish such aggregated information, or make such aggregated information generally accessible. We may collect aggregated information through the Services, through cookies, and through other means described in this Privacy Policy. We will maintain and use de-identified information in anonymized or de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify the information, except as required by law.

How Do We Store Your Data?

BlaBlaVids will retain Customer Content and Personal Information in accordance with a Customer's instructions, including any applicable terms in the Privacy Policy, and Customer's use of the Services, as required by applicable law. Deletion of Personal Information may result in the deletion and/or pseudonymization of an account and certain associated service data.

Please note that we may retain certain types of service data after an account is deactivated for the period necessary for BlaBlaVids to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Your data will be deleted if it is no longer needed.

Our Data Retention Policies are:

1. 1. Your data will be deleted within 72 hours after your request by contacting hi@blablavids.com.

2. 2. Subscriber data will be deleted immediately by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email sent by our company or by manual request.

3. 3. Data security is very important to us, and to protect your data, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the data collected through our website.

4. 4. Despite the security measures we have adopted, it is important to remember that the transmission of data over the internet may not be completely secure, and we recommend that you take appropriate precautions when transmitting data over the internet to us.

How We Share/Disclose Your Information

Customer data sharing and/or disclosure policies and practices with third parties are determined by the customer. BlaBlaVids has no control over the customer's or any third party's choice to share and/or disclose customer data. BlaBlaVids may share and disclose customer data in accordance with the customer's instructions, including any applicable terms.

BlaBlaVids does not share or disclose your personal information with third parties, with four exceptions described below:

1. 1. Our service providers.We will share your information with affiliated and unaffiliated service providers who help us carry out the processing activities described in this Privacy Policy. Our service providers include payment processing vendors, IT service providers, our auditors, and our legal, accounting, and other professional advisors.

2. 2. Third-party services.We may use services from other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling and delivering mail, or to perform statistical analysis of our services. These companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to provide the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

4. 4. During a change in BlaBlaVids’s business. If BlaBlaVids undertakes or is involved in any merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or insolvency, we may sell, transfer, or share some or all of our assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with such transaction or in preparation for such transaction, such as during due diligence.

Data Security and Confidentiality

Security is an integral part of BlaBlaVids's core principles of Control, Consent, and Collaboration, and we take it seriously. BlaBlaVids has implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures designed to safeguard and secure the personal information collected through our Services (although no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure). If you become aware of any potential data breach or security vulnerability, we urge you to contact us immediately. We will take all reasonable steps to investigate the incident, including taking preventive measures as necessary.

It is also extremely important that you understand that it is your responsibility to protect the security of the password for the account you register for the BlaBlaVids Services. The password should be strong, unique, and difficult to guess, and should be known only to you. It is equally important that you keep a copy in a safe place for your own reference, as you will need your password to decrypt any data you have saved on our Services. We are unable to decrypt your data.

International Data Transfers

BlaBlaVids has an international corporate presence, and our collection of Personal Information involves the transmission of data on a global scale. The information we collect may be transferred to recipients outside the EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. If you are located in the EEA, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom and your Personal Information is transferred to a third country, that third country may not offer the same level of data protection as your home country. Note:When we stop processing Personal Information or delete your Personal Information, it may mean that you will no longer be able to use our Services, and all of your UGC will be permanently removed, and you will be notified accordingly.

Disclaimer of Information Warranties

Notwithstanding anything else in this Policy, we are not responsible for the accuracy, correctness, and security of any of the information we collect, store, and disclose to you or anyone else.

Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent you disclose your information to other parties or websites on the internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. BlaBlaVids Sites and Products are not intended for children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect any information from users under the age of 13.
